Your brain is a natural gift that holds dendrites, blood cells, tissues, cells, etc, and all these elements channel down to your central nervous system. (CNS) As you start to age, your brain will decrease its flow of blood and your many levels of chemicals in the brain and body will decline as they go through the senescence of change. This means that your CNS will also decline its functions.

Moreover, when you begin aging you eyes are affected as well. As you grow older, the lens will stiffen. Your retina may feel less responsive to daylight or artificial light. In addition, your pupils may start to react slower.

How the ears, mouth and smell are affected:
As you begin to age your may find that your high-pitch hearing frequencies are less responsive. Your nose may not have the ability to identify scents or odors. In addition, you may not like the foods you once enjoyed since your tastes will change as well.

How aging affects the heart:
Aging affects the heart. Aging causes the pulse acceleration to lower. Your blood and heart muscles will stiffen and decrease production. In addition, your heart may not respond to natural things it once responded to at one time.

Your lungs will lose its ability to obtain air, moving it freely as it once did. Each breath you take will not carry the oxygen it once did to your blood. Aging will also change your liver. Your liver may reduce in size. Your liver may also decrease its blood flow.

As you grow older and these elements of your makeup change, it will affect your kidneys, bladder, colon, or large intestines, skin, immune system, metabolism, and your reproductive organs. A male will lose his reproductive organs ability to function proper, since the prostate glands will enlarge. The male will also lose reproduction of testosterone echelons. In addition, the blood will cease its flow to the male organs, such as the penis.

Biceps exercises with instruction videos


For making the arms strong with some nice shaped toned biceps there is no other way but to have arm workouts. There are several arm workout techniques. We first have to reduce the fat that is covering up the muscles of our arms. When the muscles are out by burning the fat, we can start the muscle increasing exercises. So at first try to do some workouts that will burn the fat out then we will try the traditional gym works to increase the muscles.

Burning the arm fat 

1. For making the muscles to come out we can do some cardio as cycling or running. I prefer running the most as it can burn not only the arm’s fat but also tone the whole body. Running will be great to dehydrate the fats covering the arm muscle. And this cardio can help us to make the warm up easily.

2. If we have weights then we can use them. But it is to be remembered that the each weight must not be more than 1.5 kilograms as we have to burn the fat. So take the low weight dumbbells and do the bicep exercises. It is obvious that we have to do these exercises for at least three sets, each set having 20-30 ups and down of the arm. This exercise can be done by free hand also. So increase the frequency but use low weight.

3. By taking the low weight dumbbells we can do combined bicep and triceps exercises easily according to the above mentioned step. 

4. Try to do a lot of pushups. Pushups help a great deal to improve the muscles of bicep and triceps simultaneously. If you can do pushups frequently then it can be proved very beneficial for chest. But remember that pushups are the indicator of your strength. The more pushups you can do the stronger you are. It gives your arms the necessary strength so that you can involve heavy bicep exercises.

5. Do the above steps for about 2-3 months or more according to the size and amount of fat in your arms. And remember when you are doing bicep exercises do them in such a way that it only puts pressure on the biceps but not on the other parts like wrists.   



Exercise for muscle growing

1. Very first exercise that can give us great benefit is the one at a time bicep curl. This is done by taking the appropriate weights according to your arms strength. Take weights in both hands by bending the elbow, take the weights up and then lower it down. Keep that in mind that you should lower it after a short pause. After the first elbow being completely lowered to previous position elevate the second hand following the same procedure. It should be done in segments or sets. Video is included for help.
 

              



2. Another good exercise for growing muscles is the alternate biceps curl. This is done by taking the dumbbells in both the hands and then by bending the elbow to elevate the arm. Do it by following the same procedures as discussed in the step 1. But make sure when you are lowering the elbow of the first arm start to raise the second arm. This is the difference between one at a time bicep curl and alternate bicep curl.  Four sets each having 20 turns will bring you good results.





3. The next effective exercise is done by standing up straightly and then taking both the dumbbells up to the height of your shoulders . After a while lower you arms . Remember try to raise the dumbbells with the arms. Do not tale the help of shoulders or the upper part of the body to raise the dumbbells. Do at least three sets.




4. This time grab the dumbbells along the side of your body and then raise them both. Keep them raised for while and do it for 15-20 times in a set. Do at least three sets. This is known as the Hammer curl.
  




5. The alternate bicep curls can be done by sitting also. By doing it seating you can give more concentration on your arms which is very much necessary. 




6. The alternate bicep curls can be done by lying on an inclined bench also. It teaches you how to keep balance and to grow muscles. Do not use any upper part of your body to jerk the dumbbells up. 



7. A very much effective exercise can be the Inclined Concentration Bicep Curl. For this, first stand behind an inclined bench and rest the arm on the bench. Raise it and keep steady for while and then lower it. Do it for several times and in several segments. 





8. The most effective bicep exercise is the Preacher curl. Preacher is a 90 degree angled arm pad. Keep both the arms on the preacher table. Raise both the arms having a burble in the hand. Feel the burning of muscles in your arms.





9. The most common bicep exercise is the burble bicep curl. Have a burble of ambient weight and then raise it with both the hands. Do not use the wrists to help you raising the burble. Do it all with your arms. Do it for at least 3 sets.

Yoga helps us to have a balance between our internal and external life. The consequences of yoga can be very powerful. Yoga can be done according to ones capability and pace. Yoga is easy to do if we keep it simple. It will be very beneficial if you can include every aspect of yoga in your daily life. The diet, the philosophy, the ritual all can be included to our day to day life. By steady practice, yoga can make you feel different.

Yoga is not harmful or painful to do. It is obvious that the yogis who perform yoga can go to some impossible positions by the virtue of their practice. A general exercise can help to improve a certain part of the body but the yoga makes improvements to all parts with a great vigor. The great power which is hidden among us can be revealed by this great practice. By doing the yoga stretching daily we can develop the great power lying in us. Our body becomes more flexible and strong with a great balancing power. Improved digestion systems and excellent blood circulation is the result of yoga. With great care of heart, blood pressure, breathing and perfect visions we become the fittest. It is like making a bridge between the mind and body to transfer the essential elements to run ourselves. Yoga brings mind to body and body to mind. By coming back to the center of our mind we can tapped in to energy source. There is no harsh movements in yoga which can give you pain as it avoids these kind of movements. It's not like those aerobic classes which tend to be very interesting in first few weeks but make you bored and frustrated later on. Aerobics can be very interesting if it is done with great care and if yoga is included in aerobics it is a blast of energy and great power with spiritual improvements. If you are a swimmer then yoga ads a new era in your moves by making the joints loose and empowering your organs. Yoga gives you such power that cannot be gained that easily. The performance of every work you done is developed day by day with the regular practice. But it is to be mentioned that yoga is all about progress in personal performance. The walk


This post is written from personal experience. The benefits of walking need no telling. We become frustrated after doing some hard exercises. To make our weird shaped body toned, fit and healthy we are ready to do anything. But the people who are overweight cannot think simple things as their mind also things about some overweight exercises. Because of not having proper diet and exercises our present generation is becoming unfit and lazy. Today I will discuss about a very important and true exercise which can trim our fat bodies to a thin and nice one. And this significant exercise is most easy and its name is walking. 

Benefits of walking: 

One of the most effective exercises in the world is walking. After doing a lot of hard work for losing fat you feel too much tired and lose interest to all kinds of works in the later part of the day. If you are a student then it is awful. You lose all the strength to study and consequently you have to give up all these hard work and gym workouts. But if you only walk for 30-45 minutes a day you can have great results. 

1. Walking helps us to lose fat in a steady way. It is to be informed that the steadier you are the more the chances you will have to win the race. Walking brings the same results and it doesn't make you feel that tired. And you can do your routine works with vigor and joy.

2. By walking for only 45 minutes a day you can lose 5-7 kilograms of weight within 2 months. It is true and I lose my weight by walking only. 

3. It is the most efficient and effective cardio. It makes our heart stronger. It is good for people of all ages.

4. From personal experience I can tell that regular walking makes your body limbs stronger and freer to move. After walking for about a week regularly you will feel much eminent in doing routine works.

5. There is no risk, no pain and no potential threats of occurring accidents while walking.

8. By walking you will sweat a little which will help your skin to become healthy and also prevent any kind of skin disease. It will eventually cool down your body.

9. For diabetics it is a great treatment.

10. It is a fact that abdominal exercises don’t burn much stomach fat but makes your muscle stronger.  Get rid of unwanted belly fat by walking. It is in fact a great exercise.

11. Sometimes walking is much better than running regarding age and capability of persons. And it helps to have a nice sleep.

12. Walking helps you to have a nice, good and strong structure of bones. It makes them stronger and active.

13. Sometimes a nice walk in breeze makes us to get rid of tension, depression , anxiety and stress.

14. It helps us to enjoy the great sites of nature and provide us with oxygen that helps our blood to remain fresh and prevents cancers.

15. To get rid of the threats of breast cancer, ladies should try to walk daily.

16. And lastly walking helps a good interaction between people. It can help to make friends and saves fuel and money.
