What Should Be Avoided?
1-Lemon juice, strawberries and orange peel are recommended for home teeth whitening, but they must be avoided in excess. This is because vitamin C present in them can harm tooth enamel when taken in excess.
2-Avoid beverages like coffee and tea. Cold drinks and other drinks containing sugar must be consumed less and with straw to prevent their direct effect on teeth.
3-Quit smoking, tobacco chewing and alcoholism, if you are habitual to any of them.
Avoid sugary foods in huge amount.
